Orange Butter Bundt Cake

What you need:
- For the cake:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Lurpak Unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- For the glaze:
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons water
- Baking pan:
- 12-cup Bundt pan, buttered and floured
What to do:
- Prepare cake: Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add butter and mix until blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, egg yolk, milk, orange zest, and extracts. Mix egg-mixture in thirds to flour-butter mixture. Scrape sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Transfer batter to prepare Bundt pan. Bake until cake pulls from sides of the pan, about one hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before unmolding and transferring to a rack to cool completely.
- Prepare glaze: Stir sugar, orange juice and water in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until lukewarm. Drizzle over cake before serving.
