Double Dutch Brownies

What you need:
- 8 oz (16 Tbs) Lurpak® Unsalted Butter
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups walnuts, optional

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine butter and chocolate in a bowl and place it over a pot of simmering water. Stir until chocolate and butter melt.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Stir in chocolate mixture and then fold in flour. Stir in walnuts.
- Transfer batter to baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting into 2-inch squares.
