Dagwood’s Blondies

What you need:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 oz (16 Tbs) Lurpak® Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- Tools:
- Non-stick 9x13 inch baking pan
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and both sugars until pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time and then vanilla. Lower speed and stir in flour mixture, nuts and chocolate chips.
- Transfer batter to baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting into 2-inch squares.
