Banana Chocolate Tart

What you need:
- For the chocolate crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ package Lurpak® Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- For the chocolate banana filling:
- ¾ cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lurpak® Unsalted butter
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- Baking pan:
- 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare crust: Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Add butter and pulse until a fine crumb. Add egg and water, pulse until dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface.
- Roll dough into an 11-inch round disk. Transfer to tart shell and gently press dough into the sides and bottom of pan. Trim off excess dough.
- Prepare filling: Combine milk, sugar, and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Whisk until chocolate melts. Add eggs and cinnamon; whisk to blend. Arrange banana in crust and cover with custard mixture.
- Bake until filling is set and the crust in baked through, about 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
